Public Outreach Meetings The New York Climate Action Council hosted a number of public meetings to gather input and to consider environmental justice issues as part of New York's Climate Action Plan(NYCAP) process. Meetings were held on: - January 25, 2010 - Public Outreach Meeting #1

- May 25, 2010 - Environmental Justice Meeting #2
- July 8, 2010 - Public Outreach Meeting #2
- November 9, 2010 - Interim Report Released
Public Outreach Meeting #2 Documents for the meeting: Web Conference and Teleconference - Individuals were able to participate in the meeting over the Internet using the Department of Environmental Conservation's Web Dialogs application, allowing participants to view meeting presentations and activities on their computers, listen to the proceedings over the telephone and submit questions and comments via email. A toll-free teleconference to hear the meeting was also provided.
